If you choose to become a certified Olaplex stylist, we will collect information regarding your
enrollment in our Certification course, your responses in each of our Certification quizzes and
whether or not you receive an Olaplex Certificate. |

other sources, including third parties, business partners (e.g., salon owners or distributors), our corporate
